Passione Viaggi is the trade name of the travel agency business, carried out by TicamperSuisse Sagl based in Switzerland. The business is carried out in compliance with the Federal Act on Package Travel (PTA / SR 944.3) and its implementing ordinance. Professional liability insurance cover and a guarantee protecting funds paid by travellers are in place, as required by current Swiss law.
For legal, contractual and tax purposes, any reference to "Passione Viaggi" or to the agency shall be understood as referring to TicamperSuisse Sagl, unless otherwise indicated in writing.
Medical disclaimer
Passione Viaggi is a travel agency. It does not carry out any medical activity: it does not make diagnoses, does not recommend treatments, does not issue clinical estimates and does not take part in therapeutic decisions.
For dental tourism, all dental services are provided exclusively by Clinica Rident (Rijeka, Croatia), which enters into a direct contractual relationship with the patient. For cosmetic tourism, medical services are provided exclusively by the partner facility in Albania, which is likewise in a direct relationship with the patient. TicamperSuisse Sagl is entirely unrelated to the doctor-patient relationship and is not liable for the quality, outcome or suitability of the medical services.
Best price guarantee · Shared savings
The price published for each trip represents the guaranteed maximum price. If the number of participants increases and organizational costs decrease, the savings are passed on to customers in the form of a price reduction or a refund at final payment. The traveller will never pay more than the published price.
This commercial policy applies exclusively to the trip's organizational costs. It does not concern in any way medical or cosmetic treatments, nor amounts requested by partner facilities or third parties.
Data protection notice
Personal data collected through this website's forms is processed by TicamperSuisse Sagl (operating under the brand Passione Viaggi), as data controller, in compliance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / SR 235.1) and — where applicable — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, manage bookings and fulfil contractual obligations related to travel services. The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject and, where applicable, the performance of the contract.
The data is kept for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and is not disclosed publicly. It may be shared with providers strictly necessary for the provision of the service (carriers, accommodation facilities, insurers and — in the case of dental tourism — the partner clinic in Croatia), including in foreign countries, adopting safeguards appropriate under the nFADP.
The data subject may at any time request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and object to unnecessary processing, by writing to info@passioneviaggi.ch. A complaint may also be lodged with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) — www.edoeb.admin.ch
Travel cancellation terms
In the event of withdrawal from the travel contract by the traveller, the following indicative cancellation fees apply, calculated on the total trip price and in line with industry practice in Switzerland:
- up to 30 days before departure: 20% of the price (minimum CHF 50 administrative fee)
- from 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the price
- from 14 to 7 days before departure: 75% of the price
- less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the price
We recommend taking out cancellation and assistance insurance at the time of booking. The fees indicated relate solely to the trip price: amounts paid for clinical services are governed by the partner clinic's contractual terms. The mandatory provisions of the Federal Act on Package Travel (PTA) remain unaffected.
General travel terms
Transport, accommodation and organizational services are provided by TicamperSuisse Sagl (brand Passione Viaggi) pursuant to the Federal Act on Package Travel (PTA / SR 944.3). Any medical services included in the dental tourism package are the sole responsibility of the partner clinic in Croatia, which enters into a separate contractual relationship with the patient.
Registration for the trip implies full acceptance of these terms. The contract is governed by Swiss law; for any dispute, the competent forum is the consumer's place of domicile in Switzerland or, alternatively, the registered office of TicamperSuisse Sagl, without prejudice to mandatory statutory provisions.
